If you are new to meditation,chances are you have a lot of questions about what you think you should be doing. Forget the “shoulds” and relax. Just creating the time to sit for a few minutes without the need to do anything is a game changer. If you are committed to that one simple technique you will be able to let go of the craziness of life for just long enough to remember love, forgiveness and peace. Don’t let anything invade your meditation time.
Wherever you choose to meditate, we suggest that it be a relatively quiet place, without any air draughts, where you can sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor. It is okay to stay in front of your computer as well. You may want to light a small candle in front of you. Let’s keep our hands stretched open, palms facing upwards, resting on our lap.
