Tibetan Monks “Om” Chant | Video

It is apparently very difficult to find “Om” chants that are fairly short in length.  This video is about 11 minutes long – which is a totally doable meditation time for you every day.  This is a particularly deep and resonating “Om” that would best  heard using good speakers at a comfortable volume.  The “Om” should resonate in your body and you want to feel the vibration.  It may make you feel a little tingly when it is over.  Simply take some time to breathe deeply and slowly at the end.


You might also want to think of an area that needs to be healed before and as the mediation begins.  Allow yourself to visualize that part of your body healed and feeling well during the meditation.
