We are a part of the cosmos, and thus, a part of the life energy that created the cosmos. We receive some of the life energy when we are in deep sleep and when we are connecting to this energy through meditation. This energy helps to boost us so that we can complete our day to day activities. In this way, sleep and meditation help us to receive this energy that sustains us.
