At a conference back in 2007, Deepak Chopra had a lot to offer in terms of the change in perspective that many people are seeking.  This meditation segment has a “Part 1” where he sets up some of this information and helps the attendees get into the right frame of mind before introducing the simple, yet profound, meditation.
