Arjuna Ardagh: The Best Reason to Meditate


I really enjoyed this article, it made me wish I could sit down and have tea with him. He has so much great insight into meditation techniques and an understanding of how people generally view meditation in their own lives.

You might be thinking by now that I’ve gotten cynical about meditation over the years, but I spend at least a couple hours a day in meditation every day. My motivation is one that needs no scientific studies or lofty claims.
