Another small study that was done to find out if meditation has any beneficial effects for pain sufferers. This study done out of Manchester University, tried to use a mixture of people who had not meditated before as well as those who had for at least a few months. Although more study is needed, the results seem to indicate that the those who had used meditation techniques for long periods of time were less sensitive to pain.

I do believe that meditation has many benefits, I’ve seen first hand how slowly, bit by bit, the students that come to learn meditation, feel better. Their overall strength and health is more vibrant and they have metal sharpness that keeps them feeling younger.
