This is an open forum discussion about meditation and it’s benefits. People seem to know that meditation is good for them but they make excuses for not doing it enough.
I find that you can reach a meditative state in ways other than what people typically think of … I do know how to meditate in the tradtitional sense as well though. It’s just that most people think they don’t have time to meditate at all.
Most of us meditate naturally during our daily lives. We often do it without knowing. Activities like driving, painting, reading, drifting off to sleep are all times when we are likely to meditate in some way. Find out how others meditate in this open forum.
