Gabby (Gabrielle) Bernstein is a best selling author and offers up some wonderful advice and instruction on changing your life…which often brings up the subject of meditation. Here, she offers up some instruction on how to get started with a Kundalini meditation that will help you to manifest what you desire. Gabby recommends doing this meditation daily for at least 40 days – and she also includes a bit of a warning with it as well. (I’ll cover that information at the end!)
This mediation makes use of a mantra and this music is recommended The Expansive Spirit
The mantra is as follows: Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad This translates to: There is one Creator of all Creation. All is a blessing of the One Creator. This realization comes through Guru’s Grace.
Posture: Sit with the legs crossed in Easy Pose. Grasp the knees firmly, keeping the elbows straight and the chest lightly lifted. The chin is pulled in gently, to align the skull with the rest of the spine.
Practice:Chant the mantra in a steady rhythm with your eyes closed and focused on the brow point. On “Ek”, pull in the Navel Point. On “Kar”, release it. On “Sat Gur”, pull in the entire abdominal region, especially the diaphragm, lifting everything up toward the ribs and back toward the spine. On “Prasad”, release it. Continue to contract your abdomin and release as you chant the mantra. If the contracting is uncomfortable you can chant the mantra with a long deep breath. Chant the mantra with powerful intention and in a sacred space because it has the power to amplify your projection. This meditation deepens your intuition and heightens your sense of inner knowing. This meditation is officially a “Meditation to Expand into Intuitive Knowing” and is very powerful. As such – it does come with a bit of a warning. The warning is in relation to the thoughts you have after performing the meditation. You want to really watch what you think about and what you do right after chanting. It can kick your thoughts and actions into high manifesting gear and so you need to be as mindful as possible in the time after your chant is done.
