This is an interesting theory, and it does appear to work for this subject “Iceman” but there is no proof that it will work for anyone else. Many people strongly believe that meditation techniques are good for everything. This may be true but the science behind it has to be solid or it’s just theory.

Therefore, they can not serve as scientific evidence for the hypothesis that the autonomic nervous system and the immune response can be influenced through concentration and meditation techniques. Further research with larger groups is warranted.
