Step 1: Prepare Your Space

Sit in a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure your back is straight. You can sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or on a cushion on the floor. Close your eyes gently and relax your entire body. Let your shoulders drop, and release any tension in your muscles. Our goal is to raise the frequency within your energy centers by feeding them with new information and creating a new mind.

Step 2: Begin with Deep Breathing

Take a deep breath through your nostrils. Inhale slowly and deeply, filling your lungs completely. Feel your chest and abdomen expand as you draw in the air. Hold this breath for a moment at the highest part of your head. Notice the stillness and peace at the top of your breath.

Step 3: Visualize Healing Light

Imagine a beautiful white light filling your third eye, located between your eyebrows. This light is pure and radiant, bringing healing and recovery. Feel the strength and energy carried by this light. It is here to take away pain and bring recovery. Let this light fill your mind and bring a sense of calm and tranquility.

Step 4: Breathe and Guide Energy

Take another deep breath, paying close attention to your breathing. Hold it for a while and allow the energy to guide you through your entire body. Imagine this beautiful white light moving through every organ and cell, bringing healing energies. Let it cleanse all toxicity from your system and fill you with vitality and life energy. Step 5: Affirm Your Healing

Bring your attention to all your limiting beliefs. Focus on one belief at a time. Reflect on how it makes you feel and why you want to change it. Surrender these beliefs to the power within you and the universe. Decide not to live by them any longer. Consciously remind yourself that these limiting beliefs are not true.

Step 9: Reprogram Your Subconscious

Think of what you want to begin perceiving of yourself. Reprogram your subconscious mind with the beliefs you want to live by, with clarity and certainty. Stay present with this, letting the new beliefs become your inner guide. Allow these energies to raise your vibrations and create a new familiarity within you.

Step 10: Final Breathing and Release

Take a deep breath, hold it in a little longer, and breathe it out slowly. Feel empowered and acknowledge your ability to change your energy into what you desire. Draw one last breath from your lower abdomen to the top of your head. Inhale slowly, let this energy fill your entire body, and exhale, surrendering the energy to the unknown.
