Meditation techniques to eliminate fear can be highly effective in reducing apprehensive feelings, anxiety, terror, and fear itself.
Other fears that can be helped with meditation techniques are fear of open spaces (agoraphobia), or intense anxiety over certain social situations. More specific phobias that are common are fears of heights, snakes, elevators or flying.
