Meditation Techniques To Reduce Blushing

If you have this troublesome issue of blushing uncontrollably, meditation techniques are now recommended for immediate use whenever the feelings of shame or embarrassment come up. A short mantra meditation technique that is really helpful is to repeat “I am calm and happy…” or something that suits you personally and then breathe slowly.

A quick meditation technique can bring down the flushing and the embarrassment that follows. Blushing, and the feelings that go along with it, are universal. Most people recongnize it and understand because they have felt that way before too, so they don’t make a big deal about it. Unless you are in fifth grade.
