Phil Jackson The Zen Meditation Basketball Coach


Apparently, Phil Jackson likes to meditate and plans to do more of it in the future. Finally getting a break from the coaching career he loves so dearly, he will have more time to spend with his family and for reconnecting with himself. Meditation techniques teach patience and acceptance, theses are powerful tools for living a more peacful life.

As Matt Barnes joked, noting that he had never played for a coach who asked his players to meditate, he had an opportunity this season to play for The Most Interesting Man in the World. Following Jackson into an interview room was Lakers general
