Close your eyes and take a moment to call in your spiritual guides, guardian angels, and any other light beings you resonate with. Feel their presence surrounding you, offering support and protection. Visualize a column of bright, white light extending from the top of your head, through your crown chakra. See this column of light rising higher and higher, past the earthly dimensions, connecting you with the fifth dimension and beyond. This connection links you to unconditional love and pure joy. Feel this divine energy flowing into you.

Step 3: Ground Your Energy

Shift your focus to your feet. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth. These roots anchor you to Mother Gaia, grounding you in the present moment.
