There are no more excuses, now you have meditation at your fingertips anywhere you go. You can grab a few minutes while waiting on the carpool line or at the doctors office.

Mayo Clinic Meditation: Learning to meditate might seem like it requires a lot of patience, but it’s really as simple as opening this app. Cost: $2.99 at iTunes.

Developed by the Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program at the Mayo Clinic, the application guides you through a five-minute or fifteen-minute session that’s designed to teach breathing and meditation techniques to soothe stress.
